MTO Made-To-Order Producer Station

Made-to-order thus perfect fit for YOUR nominated brand/model consoles up to 600mm wide (most video producer/switcher & lighting consoles)  & monitor up to 24" wide (ideally around the same width or less compared to the console). Storage at the rear and options for rackmount rails (and rackmount items) like the photo.

This case is specific for the Lighting Technician (Audio Visual/Broadcast) or Video Edit/Producer and is 100% made-to-order proportionate to your gear and requirements. We'll need to know the brand/models of your console and monitor. We can make larger cases but the PS600 is made to order for any console (or monitor) up to 600mm wide (most lighting/broadcast/video consoles are under 600, 

Base price - no rack rails 
1u - adds 1u height / 44.5mm plus airflow margins
2u - adds 2u height / 89mm plus airflow margins
3u - adds 3u height / 133mm plus airflow margins
4u - adds 4u height / 178mm plus airflow margins
Rack rail inset from front edge - default 25mm but if you are rackmounting items let us know the brand/model of those items so the rack rail positions will be optimized to suit your gear.

Storage at rear, without rack rail option, will be equal to the height of your console plus production margins and storage height increases with above dimensions (depending on your chosen rack rail option) plus approx 20mm air flow margins. Storage at rear is ideal for storage or adding more optional rack rails (for rackmount patch panels, cable management etc).

Approx dimensions are based on your gear model (console or monitor) and choose the widest of those below.
External width - approx "console or monitor: whichever is the widest" + 8.5cm
Depth - depends on above, most with a 24" screen will be under 49cm
Height - your console height + "rack rail option" chosen if any + 20mm if you've chosen rack rail option + 120mm
Typical weight with a 24" model monitor will be 16-22kg range
